HypnoCounseling
With Glassner Associates Hypnosis for Personal Growth and Wellness
Philosophy Regarding HypnoCounseling
HypnoCounseling facilitates and guides you as you use the powers of your mind to obtain and maintain your inner peace of mind, harmony and balance. That way you are better able to cope with your daily mental, emotional, physical and spiritual stresses. Additionally, HypnoCounseling helps you to pro-actively eliminate the negative emotions and negative subconscious consequences of your internalized stresses. Since stress plays a major role in most every unhealthy condition of your mind, your body and your Spirit, HypnoCounseling provides invaluable tools for your self-healing on all kinds of levels.
Philosophy Regarding Stresses
Whatever stress is manifested consciously on your physical, mental, emotional or spiritual planes, is mirrored simultaneously on your subconscious level as well but without your awareness. With that understanding, your HypnoCounselor assists you, client, using hypnosis techniques that help to revise what has been deposited into your subconscious. Oftentimes and unintentionally, your subconscious is a depository for your detrimental associations, faulty mind sets and erroneous belief systems that ultimately have been instrumental in instigating and/or maintaining your negative feelings of stress.
