Are Your New Year’s Resolutions Working?Gale Glassner Twersky
Still keeping those New Year’s Resolutions? Just checking. If not, are you feeling like you are blocked by some barriers? Perhaps there is a solution for you. Speaking as a HypnoCounselor/Hypnotherapist, I have observed how people have broken through their barriers by using hypnosis and specifically a specialized system called Reprogramming Hypnosis. Yes, I’ve witnessed the wonderfully life changing, safe, positive and permanent changes that this type of hypnosis provides. In fact, that is why I am so enthusiastic and dedicated to speaking about this subject.
Why use hypnosis for New Year’s Resolutions or any resolutions? Because hypnosis WORKS! You use hypnosis for behavior modification to change what you cite as your negative and undesirable mindsets, feelings and/or behaviors. Get rid of fears, insecurities, procrastination, anger, panic attacks, sadness, extra weight, writing blocks, sleep issues, post traumatic stress and so on. Bring into your life: peace of mind, optimism, positive thinking, harmony, balance, compassion, self-acceptance, belief and trust in yourself, confidence, creativity, improved tennis/golf/soccer/football/basketball skills, improve your public speaking skills and on and on and on.
Ever notice how the good intentions of your New Year’s resolutions start out fiery and then fizzle so quickly? It’s quite an enigma since you had such burning desires for things like losing weight, quitting smoking, getting more sleep, playing more with the kids, saving more money, having more fun, revitalizing your relationships, organizing your office and home, etc. You really did mean it when you promised yourself that this year you would keep your New Year’s resolutions. However, unless you effectively communicated these new choices to your subconscious (as is what occurs with hypnosis), you are at a serious disadvantage. Unfortunately your everyday chatter, as well as promises that circulate in your head, never penetrate through to the “Head Honcho”, your super powerful subconscious mind that performs like the most magnificent computer ever to be created. That’s why I suggest enlisting the aid of what I term a specialty hypnosis protocol, Reprogramming Hypnosis facilitated with a Reprogram Your Subconscious certified practitioner. Hypnosis is after all, a pro-active, easy and available process for bringing your resolutions to fruition.
In effect, the required communications to get you what you truly want are conducted while you are in the altered state of hypnosis, which typically induces the alpha or theta state of awareness. Your requests are so powerful because finally you are connected to your subconscious that responds as your advocate to always help you. Importantly, you need precision in your directions. Indeed, that’s why a well trained and experienced Reprogram Your Subconscious Practitioner can be so valuable. After your in-depth interview, the hypnotherapist/hypnotist guides you and helps you choose the appropriate language, phrasing and images that precipitate your selected changes, i.e. as in your New Year’s Resolutions.
Typically in my HypnoCounseling sessions, I make a request directed to you during our session, that your subconscious first delete the Faulty Subconscious Programs that have been already downloaded without your awareness or permission. Those are like computer errors that have entered without your knowing and have caused bad consequences to your well being. For example, if as a child you were told by a parent that you weren’t good with money, your subconscious most likely programmed and maintained that mindset, a mindset that could be crippling your ability today to handle your finances. Once your subconscious deletes that mindset, a new positive one is substituted and your confidence and abilities for handling finances dramatically improve. Furthermore, this same principle applies to most everything in your life. That’s why as a hypnotherapist I was able to assist clients to address more than 75 different issues…which I imagine would also cover your New Year’s Resolutions as well.
