Reprogram Your Subconscious Review by Dr. Betty Scott, Emeritus Professor, University of Missouri-Columbia
It is said that some people are “blessed to be a blessing”. That most certainly can be said of Gale Glassner Twersky. Gale, a best-selling author for Nightingale-Conant (and deservedly so) has cast more material into Reprogram Your Subconscious than in the previously released 9 CD program.
Having personally examined most available self-hypnosis books, both currently available and out of print, I can tell you that it is laudable to find such a wealth of “extras” in her book. I am referring to her glossary, bibliography, index, extensive appendices and a bonus MP3/CD free download. Even having journal space in the back of the book would be considered a plus by many readers.
In the body of the book, the author has given the reader absolutely everything he or she will need to know about reprogramming the mind and hypnosis. This manual is incredibly detailed, yet it is easy to read and comprehend. Basically all you need to do is to read the instructions–and then do it. Or listen to the bonus MP3/CD–and do it. Or create your own CD–and do it. Instructions are so clearly delineated that the only way they won’t work is if you don’t follow instructions. Put another way: if you seek help and/or change, then the map and format are available in this book. Very few books offer more useful and accurate advice than Reprogram Your Subconscious: How to Use Hypnosis to Get What You Want. Just to lend even more credibility to these statements, let me tell you that I have been involved with hypnotherapy and the teaching of hypnosis for nearly 35 years.
Gale Glassner Twersky has written a definitive yet accessible book. Follow her instructions and you too, will have “success over and over”.
