I am a proponent of Hypnosis and view it as a modality that is similar to meditation. Gale Glassner Twersky makes this approach easy for everyone in her new book “How to Use Hypnosis to Get What You Really Want”. It is similar to the “Idiots Guides” in that it is extremely well written and easy to follow the technique. Gale brings together the power of affirmative prayer and hypnosis techniques that go along with the concept “change your thoughts, change your life”. This book is a winner and I would recommend it for everyone who wishes to better their life and their thought processes to get beyond obstacles and self-induced fears. Our mind is not always our best friend and many of us need to reprogram old belief systems that stand in our way. Bravo Gale!!
