Hypnosis helped me focus on and begin to resolve certain stressful relationships with which I had been struggling. Through the intuitive and reassuring presence of my facilitator Gale (along with Maggie, her affectionate canine assistant) I was able to achieve a new clarity on these difficulties, and in the process, I also discovered my true best self. Afterwards, the suggestions we developed allowed me to make positive, ongoing changes, due to the new awareness hypnosis continues to provide.
